Introduction

Services

We offer a comprehensive range of property development management services, including but not limited to feasibility studies, project management, design guidance, town planning, and consultant coordination. Our services are designed to ensure the successful delivery of property development projects, from conception through to completion.

Fees and Payment Terms

Fees for services rendered will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of any work. Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement, and invoices are payable within 30 days of issue unless otherwise specified.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and timely information necessary for the successful completion of your project. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, approvals, and consents required for the development process, unless specifically stated otherwise in our agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, financial information, project details, and business strategies.

Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the successful management of your project, we cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances that may arise, such as delays, construction defects, or regulatory changes. Our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific services rendered in relation to the issue.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to meet its obligations. In the event of termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered will be due immediately.

Intellectual Property

Any materials, designs, documents, and work product created by EVERETT during the course of the project remain the property of EVERETT unless otherwise specified in writing.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated terms will take effect immediately upon posting.
