EVERETT was engaged in Tendering the Head Contract, assisting the landowner with negotiating the Construction Contract terms, and assisting with awarding the Construction Contract. Our role involved assisting with the preparation of the Principal’s Project Requirements, and Design Brief for the Construction Contract. Assisting with a Minor Change Development Application. Assisting with Landscape Operational Works Applications. Assisting with Pre-sales documentation including co-ordination and liaison with the existing layered Body Corporate Scheme, Embedded Energy, and Solar. EVERETT also tendered and engaged with Local Artists for the fabrication of a Public Art piece within the development.
